Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes every CartYatra feature for up to 1,000 visitors a month, with 14 days of journey history.
Do paid plans have more features?
No. Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ only by the number of visitors tracked each month and how long visitor journeys are kept.
How am I billed?
Through your Shopify bill, using Shopify's own billing. You don't need a separate account or card. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial and can be cancelled anytime.
What happens when I reach my monthly visitor limit?
CartYatra warns you at 80%. At 100%, new visitors are not tracked until the next month or until you upgrade; existing data stays available. CartYatra never stops silently.
What happens to older data?
Visitor journeys older than your plan's history are removed. Small daily totals (counts only) are kept for 12 months on every plan, so your trends are ready if you upgrade.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time from CartYatra's Settings page inside Shopify Admin.
