1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of CartYatra, provided by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] (“we”). By installing CartYatra on a Shopify store you agree to these Terms on behalf of that store's business. You also remain bound by Shopify's own terms.
2. The service
CartYatra provides analytics about visitor journeys, drop-off and related reports inside Shopify Admin. Features may change as we improve the service. Suggestions and estimates in CartYatra are informational, not guarantees of results.
3. Plans, billing and trials
Plans and prices are shown on our pricing page and in the app. Paid plans are billed in advance through Shopify's billing system and may include a free trial. You can change or cancel plans at any time; Shopify's billing terms apply to charges and refunds. When a plan's monthly visitor limit is reached, new visitors are not tracked until the next period or an upgrade.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide an accurate privacy notice and a lawful consent mechanism for your store
- Use CartYatra only for lawful purposes and in line with Shopify's policies
- Not attempt to identify individual visitors, reverse engineer, overload or disrupt the service
- Keep your Shopify account secure
5. Data
You own your store's data. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms. We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics to operate and improve CartYatra.
6. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is available at support@cartyatra.com.
7. Intellectual property
CartYatra, its software, design and content belong to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use CartYatra while it is installed and your plan is active.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, CartYatra is provided “as is”. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using CartYatra by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms or Shopify's policies. Data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer or business protections in your country still apply.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms and will post the new version here. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
